The subject of this post is Ilya (a.k.a. Ilyusha, the little one, little barsuchok)
Then there is me (a.k.a. mommy, Elya, Elina) and daddy (a.k.a. Yuri, Yura or Yurka).
Daddy’s family is easy.
He has one brother (Alex, dyadya/uncle Sasha or brother-in-law). His wife is Alla (tyotya/auntie Alla or sister-in-law), and they have two beautiful children, our nephews and cousins to Ilyusha (Gabik and Edik). Yuri’s mom, Lyuba (grandma/baba Lyuba or mother-in-law) also lives with them.
Mommy’s family is a bit more complicated. We will only be talking about family here in Canada.
She also has a brother (Daniel) who is only 14 years old, and a sister (Julia, Yulka, tyotya/auntie Julia or sis). Her husband, Emil (dyadya/uncle Emil or brother-in-law), and they also have two beautiful children, our niece and nephew and cousins to Ilyusha (Ariella and Liadi).
Mommy’s parents: Edward (grandpa) and Larissa (grandma Larissa or babulya).
Mommy has one uncle (Vadim) and his wife (Regina). They have two children who are mommy’s cousins, Jane (Zhenka) and Roman (Romka). Jane is married to Mo and they recently had a new baby, Darius, and Romka is married to Leila who is a mom to Ivan.
Then mommy’s other cousin, Anastasia (Nastya) also lives here with her husband, Edward, and their son, Artyom.
